1. Returns for Sunglasses
We accept returns for sunglasses if:

- The sunglasses are returned within 7 days of delivery.

- The sunglasses are unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 6203090924/6205945405. Once your return is authorized, please send the item to the provided address. The cost of return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
2. Non-Returnable Items for Power Eyewear
Our power eyewear, including all eyeglasses with prescription lenses, is non-returnable. This policy is in place because lenses are custom cut according to the frame specifications and the customer’s prescription, ensuring maximum comfort and accuracy.
3. Refunds

- For sunglasses, upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

- Power eyewear is not eligible for refunds due to customization.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
